DJ Quartz is based in St. Albert, Alberta, and accepts bookings for events in Calgary. Whether you are planning a wedding reception, company celebration, school dance or private event, you can enquire about having DJ Quartz travel to your Calgary venue. Availability, travel arrangements and any equipment requirements are confirmed before booking.

Expect live mixing built around the people in the room. Share your preferred music, your must-play and do-not-play songs, the schedule and the kind of atmosphere you want to create. DJ Quartz can then discuss a musical direction for your event rather than a one-size-fits-all playlist.

Corporate events, staff parties and holiday celebrations

Music for a company event may move between background sets for conversation, a quieter period for speeches or awards, and dancing later in the evening. Share the venue layout, event schedule and who will coordinate presentations so the music can fit the occasion.

What to include when requesting a quote

  • Date and location: the Calgary venue or general area, plus indoor or outdoor details.
  • Schedule: guest arrival, music start and finish, and any ceremony, speeches or announcements.
  • Audience: estimated attendance, ages where relevant, and music preferences.
  • Setup: sound system, microphone or lighting needs, venue equipment and access times.
  • Travel: note any special venue access requirements or timing constraints so travel and setup can be discussed in the quote.
